Upbeat perseverance with a personal touch would describe working with Ivy in the sale of our casa in San Miguel de Allende. From the first listing meeting to closing Ivy, and her able assistant Maribel Felix, walked us through the various processes, were there for us if we had questions and promptly kept us informed on feedback after each showing. Our timing in placing our casa on the market wasn’t the greatest, but Ivy was our cheerleader at times of slim prospects when we needed positive reinforcement. Having a realtor who was always there for you, and one who interacted with you more as your friend than her client, was priceless. We were introduced to Fabian through a referral from another realtor that was not available to show us property in our timeframe. The referring realtor assured us Fabian would “take good care of us”. From the outset, the charm of San Miguel had captured us and we decided we wanted to move to the Magical City, but had no idea what neighborhood or even what price range would be suitable. He was consistently reassuring us about how to purchase property in Mexico, finding a wonderful builder at Mexican rates (not gringo), opening bank accounts, and dealing with notaries and attorneys. Always the consummate professional, my telephone calls and emails are answered promptly and professionally, and all this while his wife was about to have their second baby. Months later we still depend on him and his wonderful sense of humor to help us through the building process.

We lived in Mexico for about 15 years- in Puerto Vallarta and San Miguel de Allende. During that period, we moved residences on numerous occasions.
