We were introduced to Fabian through a referral from another realtor that was not available to show us property in our timeframe. From the outset, the charm of San Miguel had captured us and we decided we wanted to move to the Magical City, but had no idea what neighborhood or even what price range would be suitable. He was consistently reassurring us about how to purchase property in Mexico, finding a wonderful builder at Mexican rates (not gringo), opening bank accounts, and dealing with notaries and attorneys. Always the consumate professional, my telephone calls and emails are answered promptly and professionally, and all this while his wife was about to have their second baby. Months later we still depend on him and his wonderful sense of humor to help us through the building process.
