      Fabian worked with my husband and me to find our home in San Miguel. He listened carefully to our needs and showed us properties that met our criteria. We ended up finding a property in our preferred neighborhood where we are now building our home. He shepherded us through the negotiation, contract and closing. He knew we loved the work of architect Felipe Arguilles, so he set up a meeting with him so we could meet him and discuss our vision. Fabian is extremely knowledgeable, well connected in San Miguel, a great listener and is super responsive to calls, texts, WhatsApp and emails. He has helped us with numerous questions after the sale and is always ready to help in any way. To top it off, he is very personable, professional and enjoyable to work with. I am a broker in Austin and own a brokerage firm there, so I know an excellent Realtor when I work with one.       Hi, I would just like to share my experience that we had during this process with Fabian Ramirez, the truth is that we had been looking for a house in San Miguel for several months and for some reason or another things had not worked out but when we started the process with Fabian we never received a no or no can not as an answer from him, He is a very proactive person and determined to make things work out for the best for both parties, seller and buyer, we are very happy to have met him and in less than 30 days we closed the purchase process, he always has an answer and a solution for any setback, we highly recommend him.

      We decided to sell our house on 29 Malaga, Malanquin de golf in May. Fabian was recommend to us as being a really good realtor so we called and signed a contract with him. He got all of the preparations done fast and our house was on the market. Throughout the time of showing the house, Fabian was always quick in getting back to us what the potential buyers thoughts and their reactions were and comments to our home. He would let us know the trends of people buying  homes. When we had an offer he was very helpful in every step of the process, advising us and explaining what we needed to complete the closing. On the day we signed the final documents, he drove us to Celaya and helped us through.

      Fabian is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person to work with. He is energetic and gets the job done. We were most happy and satisfied with his performance and will recommend him highly to anyone who is looking for a most competent and professional realtor.

      We had a great experience working with Fabian! He was a great listener and communicator (perfect English as well as Spanish) and never ever pushy or salesy.

      Other realtors tended to follow us around as we looked at houses and Fabian made himself available for questions but never pushed.

      He was also extremely helpful in lining up contractors to get quotes on various house projects before and after we purchased our home.
