The house was developed on a square terrain in such a way that the lighting and ventilation solution is towards the interior through 2 patios that give it the feeling of spaciousness.
One of the most important characteristics is its location, very close to the downtown area within one of the popular neighborhoods of San Miguel de Allende and one block from the exit to Celaya, which has become a very important area of restaurants and commerce. from here you can walk to the center passing through areas with a lot of pedestrian traffic.
The house does not have a garage, since it is thought as a space that, according to its location, promotes avoiding the use of the car.
It was developed on 3 levels, it is accessed through one of the patios that has a water mirror as a welcome, immediately you enter through a floor-to-ceiling window to the social area of living room-dining room kitchen, the room is double height .
On this level there is a suite bedroom with a full bathroom, a half bathroom for visitors and the laundry and equipment area.
At the next level, a suite bedroom with bathroom and dressing room and its own terrace was considered (it has preparation to install a barbecue area), with only these two spaces existing on this level. On the third level there is a study-bedroom that has a covered terrace with a wooden pergola and a bathroom and preparations for a kitchenette so that it can function as a totally independent apartment, this has that flexibility, since its access is immediate from the access by the staircase without going to the main spaces of the house, giving the opportunity to use it for study, for visits or for rent.
It was designed as a house integrated into the realm of the popular Mexican colonies, the raison d’être of its colors and natural materials.
