Casa Jazmín is located in the lovely, secluded neighborhood of Pueblo Antiguo, minutes from San Miguel de Allende, shops and dining. The house, just a few years old, has been kept impeccable and remains very inviting.
The living room has a double-height ceiling which gives spaciousness, light and elegance. The floor to ceiling windows overlook the patio with a weeping wall that gives a feeling of tranquility. The wonderful weather of San Miguel allows us to spend most of the year enjoying the outdoors making this patio an extension of the house. It is surrounded on one side with plants and flowers, and on the other side it is covered to be able to enjoy the shade. Breakfast outdoors, afternoon dining al fresco, or sipping some wine in the evenings are all possible on this patio.
On the first level we can find the living room, dining room, guest bathroom and a large office space with built in shelving. All the rooms on the main level have views of the private patio and fountain. You will fall in love with this chef’s kitchen, as it has all the modern conveniences you will need to prepare meals for your family and friends. The kitchen is also open to the dining room, making conversations at mealtime even more flowing. There is also a walk-in pantry and laundry room just off the kitchen.
An added comfort of the house is that the main bedroom is on the first level. This master suite combines a large walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with jacuzzi, and glass doors overlooking the patio. You will also enjoy a fireplace for cozy winter nights.
On the second level, we find a large vaulted ceiling that gives character to that area of the house. There are four spacious bedrooms, some with vaulted ceilings and others with beams, that give great warmth to the spaces. A large media room to enjoy with the family is a wonderful addition to the second level.
Last but not least, is the rooftop terrace lovely with views of San Miguel de Allende, Los Picachos mountains and splendid sunsets.
Make this house your new home!
