"We worked with Karen and Sissie on selling our father's house after he passed. They were absolutely wonderful, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in San Miguel. From the beginning, communication was clear: they asked key questions, were attentive, and helped us find solutions when we encountered issues. Karen and Sissie were well-informed and flexible, helping to accommodate the fact that we were often coordinating across multiple time zones. Beyond making a potentially-complicated process incredibly smooth, both were just lovely and kind to us in a difficult moment. We're very grateful. "

"We are thrilled to be new homeowners in San Miguel! We are so grateful for the exceptional support from Karen and Sissie of the Beckhart Team at Coldwell Banker, who helped make our dream a reality. As buyers from the USA, we needed guidance we could trust, and they delivered at every step—providing invaluable insights on neighborhoods, navigating the buying process, and explaining closing requirements in a foreign market. What set Karen and Sissie apart was their unique combination of deep roots in the San Miguel community and extensive real estate expertise. Their personal knowledge of living in San Miguel, paired with their vast professional experience, gave us the confidence and comfort level we needed to make such an important decision. We couldn't have asked for better advocates, and we're grateful not only for their expertise but for the genuine friendship we've gained along the way!"

"The experience with Martha and Karen was nothing short of miracles and ease. We bought, sold and bought again in the span of one year. Being new to the Mexican laws were confusing at best, but these women were able to navigate through unknowns with confidence and grace. I would highly recommend the Beckhart team to anyone who is buying or selling in Mexico. You will not be disappointed in the least. Beautiful intelligent women who are a delight to be around with. Thank you Martha and Karen for making our transition to Mexico an absolute gift."
