Mauricio Pons
Mauricio, originally from Mexico, moved to the United States at 12 and is an alumnus of Texas A&M University, where he earned a B.A. in Accounting and Finance. His 30 years in corporate real estate development and hospitality industries have allowed him to live and work in various beach, mountain and city communities in the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean.
With a focus on high ethical standards, hard work, and a passion for the real estate business, Mauricio has been involved in over $1 Billion USD in real estate transactions, both in the buy and sell side. He is known for his easy-going and low-pressure approach when working with clients, yet is diligent and tenacious when it comes to negotiating a sale or finding the perfect property for his discerning clients.
Now residing full time in San Miguel de Allende, Mauricio has a deep understating of the local market to help you find your perfect property to call home. His broad experience as a C-Suite executive in real estate and master planned community development, coupled with his attention to detail and bi-cultural background, makes him an excellent and trusted advisor helping clients through the complex buying or selling process in Mexico.
Mauricio enjoys all aspects architecture and interior design, and has extensively renovated and developed several residential homes both in the United States and San Miguel de Allende.
