Violeta Mañon

Native from Guadalajara and a graduate of La Salle University in Hospitality with a minor in architecture and beaux arts.

Violeta has been working for more than 20 years in different positions at luxurious high-end hotel chains such as Rosewood and The Ritz-Carlton in various destinations such as Mayan Riviera, San Miguel Allende, Dallas TX, Santa Fe NM, Menlo Park CA and Los Cabos prior moving back to San Miguel Allende.

Violeta has been part of several hotel pre-opening teams including Rosewood San Miguel back in 2010. At that time, Violeta accomplished the highest status as a concierge, the “Clefs D’ Or” . Also, she was the Founder and Director of the “Corazon de México” Region which currently has 14 active members.

Servicing very high expectation guests from multiple countries & cultures provided Violeta with the customer oriented skills and attention to detail to successfully anticipate needs and fulfill the most uncommon requests.

In her spare time Violeta likes to visit the hot springs of San Miguel and participate in activities related to arts, wine, cooking, running and yoga.
