Bea Aguerrebere

Originally from Mexico City, she studied the degree in Graphic Design with a subspecialty in Business Administration at Universidad Iberoamericana, where she also worked in the Continuing Education Department.
In the year 2000, she had the opportunity to work at the world fair EXPO 2000 in Hannover, Germany, which was a unique experience.
Beatriz’s love for nature and the sea, led her to move to Bahías de Huatulco, Oaxaca, in 2001, where her passion for cooking inspired her to venture into the restaurant business. Seeing the real estate potential of the tourist development, with an attractive market to Americans and Canadians, she began her career in real estate. After two years, she decided to open her own real estate agency, which Beatriz ran for 14 years, becoming one of the most well-known in the area.
In 2022, she decided to move to San Miguel de Allende, a city that attracted her for its beauty, architecture, culture, gastronomy and people. Seeing also the interest there is in real estate, she made the decision to join the Coldwell Banker SMART team.
For Beatriz, providing personalized and quality service to clients is essential, always considering their needs and being a reliable support throughout the buying and selling process, so that clients feel secure during the entire transaction.
